EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
You are always entitled to an exchange and/or refund within 14 days from date of receipt. Goods should be returned in their original packaging. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return.
If you wish to exchange your item to a different size, please return the item(s) alongside with the filled out return sheet, we have provided you. Please make sure to place the jewelry in the sealed plastic bag, you’ll find this underneath the foam insert.
This only apply for customers in Denmark. For customers outside Denmark, please return as above and note that you need to place a new order for the desired size.
If you want to exchange to another product, please note that you will have to return the product and place a new order on the item(s) you wish.

If you choose to ship for an exchange/refund please use same address as above. We highly recommend that you use GLS, please remember to send directly to the store and not to a package shop. Remember to receive a receipt with your tracking number.
Here you can exchange your item or when ordered online receive a refund. We do not offer refunds on items bought at our physical stores.
We only credit the credit card which was used for the purchase. You are responsible for the return expenses as well as delivery expenses when shopping at www.trinetuxenjewelry.com
Trine Tuxen Jewelry will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping - therefor we recommend an insured shipping method with a tracking number. We can recommend GLS inside Denmark and DHL, UPS outside Denmark. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after Trine Tuxen Jewelry receives the returned products. Note that delivery expenses will not be refunded.
You are responsible for any expenses (VAT, customs, handling fees etc.) associated with the return of the package. The amount will either be deducted at the back transfer or we will send you an invoice on the amount of the expense if the invoice to us is delayed by customs.
When purchasing items on pre-order, you will be required to pay full amount 100% upfront, when you place your order. Including shipping fee and taxes.
The amount will charged between 1-5 business days after you have placed the order.
Expected delivery date will be approximately 2-3 months (for more specific details, please see your order confirmation or receipt). You will receive an email when your item(s) are being shipped or ready for pick-up. The estimated delivery date will be noted on the product page.
You are entitled to full return and refund rights with your pre-ordered item(s). You can return or receive a full refund on your pre-ordered item(s), 14 days after you have recieved your item(s).
CHRISTMAS EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY 2023
Last order days for Christmas delivery
Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland - 19th of December before 3pm CET
Within EU - 15th of December before 3pm CET
Outside of EU - 12th of December before 3pm CET
Christmas present for December, 24th 2023 are eligible for our extended Christmas Return. This means that Christmas gifts can be exchanged and returned until January 16th, 2024. Items must be in their original unused condition with original packaging.
Christmas present bought in our physical stores - Flagship Store or Elmegade store are also eligible for our extended Christmas Return until January 16th, 2024. But you can only exchange the items in their original unused condition for a new item or a giftcard - the items are non-refundable.
