WEB ORDER RETURN

You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days from date of receipt. Goods should be returned in their original packaging. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return. 

We process the refund to the credit card which was used for the purchase.

 You are responsible for the return expenses as well as delivery expenses when shopping at www.trinetuxenjewelry.com 

All online orders have to be returned to our Flagship Store

Trine Tuxen Jewelry will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping - we therefore recommend an insured shipping method with a tracking number. We can recommend GLS inside Denmark and DHL, UPS outside Denmark. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after Trine Tuxen Jewelry receives the returned products. Note that delivery expenses will not be refunded. 

IN-STORE RETURN

You are always entitled to an exchange or return within 14 days from date of purchase. When returning an order bought in one of our physical stores, a gift card will be issued. We do not issue a refund on items bought at our physical stores.. Goods should be returned in their original packaging.  They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return. 

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange your item to a different size, please return the item(s) alongside with the filled out returform, we have provided you. Please make sure to place the jewelry in the sealed plastic bag, you’ll find this underneath the foam insert.

This only applies for customers in Denmark. For customers outside Denmark, please return as above and note that you need to place a new order for the desired size.

If you want to exchange to another product, please note that you will have to return the product and place a new order on the website.

If you choose to send your order to us for an exchange/refund please use same address as above. We highly recommend that you use GLS, please remember to send directly to the store and not to a package shop. Remember to receive a receipt with your tracking number. 

Here you can exchange your item or when ordered online receive a refund.

VAT AND DUTIES

You are responsible for any expenses (VAT, customs, handling fees etc.) associated with the return of the package. The amount will either be deducted at the back transfer or we will send you an invoice on the amount of the expense if the invoice to us is delayed by customs.

PRE-ORDER

When purchasing items on pre-order, you will be required to pay full amount 100% upfront, when you place your order. Including shipping fee and taxes. 

The amount will charged between 1-5 business days after you have placed the order.

Expected delivery date will be approximately 2-3 months (for more specific details, please see your order confirmation or receipt). You will receive an email when your item(s) are being shipped or ready for pick-up. The estimated delivery date will be noted on the product page.  

You are entitled to full return and refund rights with your pre-ordered item(s). You can return or receive a full refund on your pre-ordered item(s), 14 days after you have recieved your item(s).
