TERMS & CONDITIONS
By trading on this site, you automatically agree to the below mentioned conditions. We therefore advice you to read through all of the below mentioned terms and conditions before you buy from www.trinetuxenjewelry.com
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email which confirms the order and contains order details.
We accept the order either by shipping the products to the address provided by you, by shipping the products to the nearest package shop or by confirming the order with an email. Or if you chose delivery to your door, this is only inside Denmark. Please note you have to be at home, or else the your package will end up at a package shop. Please note the prices are different on the two delivery methods. The payment will be collected after the order has been shipped.
An order placed on a Danish public holiday or during the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
Orders placed on Fridays before 3 pm, will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed thereafter will be processed the following Tuesday, since we are closed every Monday. Please note that in the month of December, our busiest time of year, we can’t guarantee this service, but we’ll do our very best in order to ship as soon as possible.
Orders within Denmark will be shipped to your nearest package shop or to your door. Orders in the EU will be shipped to your nearest package shop. Orders to the rest of the world will be delivered to your address.
Orders will be shipped in order of the placement date.
Be aware of the Danish public holidays.

You are responsible for any expenses (VAT, customs, handling fees etc.) associated with sending packages to or receiving packages from Trine Tuxen Jewelry - unless otherwise specified on the website or at checkout.
PICK UP IN STORE
We offer a pick-up service at our Flagship Store, simply choose pick-up at check out. We will handle your order and you will recive an e-mail, when your order is ready for pick-up. it’s time for you to pick-up your order. (er det det her der ordret står i mailen kunden modtager?) Please note that this e-mail is seperate from your order confirmation.
If you live in the Copenhagen area, we will encourage you to choose pick-up at the Flagship Store. It is the littlest actions in our everyday that counts in order to think and act more sustainable.
REFUND / EXCHANGE · WEBSHOP ONLY
You are always entitled to an exchange and/or refund within 14 days from date of receipt. Goods should be returned in their original packaging. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return.
If you wish to exchange your item to a different size, please return the item(s) alongside with the filled out return sheet, we have provided you. Please make sure to place the jewelry in the sealed plastic bag, you’ll find this underneath the foam insert.
If you want to exchange to another product, please note that you will have to return the product and place a new order on the item(s) you wish.
We only credit the credit card which was used for the purchase. You are responsible for the return expenses as well as delivery expenses when shopping at www.trinetuxenjewelry.com
The return of the products has to be addressed to Trine Tuxen Jewelry, Gammel Kongevej 82, 1850 Frederiksberg, Denmark.
Note that our envelope can be re-used for the return, just make sure to seal it well.
Trine Tuxen Jewelry will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping - therefor we recommend an insured shipping method with a tracking number. We can recommend GLS inside Denmark and DHL, UPS outside Denmark. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after Trine Tuxen Jewelry receives the returned products. Note that delivery expenses will not be refunded.
You are responsible for any expenses (VAT, customs, handling fees etc.) associated with the return of the package. The amount will either be deducted at the back transfer or we will send you an invoice on the amount of the expense if the invoice to us is delayed by customs.

REFUND / EXCHANGE · TRINE TUXEN FLAGSHIP STORE ONLY
Items bought in the Trine Tuxen Jewelry Flagship store at Gammel Kongevej 82 are non-refundable. You can exchange your item(s) within 7 days from the date of purchase. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise an exchange.
To exercise an exchange you'll need to show a valid receipt.
CHRISTMAS EXCHANGE POLICY 2020
Christmas present for December, 24th 2021 are eligible for our extended Christmas Exchange. This means that eligible gifts can be exchanged until January 15th, 2022. Items must be in their original unused condition with original packaging.
Christmas present bought in our Flagship Store are also eligible for our extended Christmas - until January 15th, 2022. But you can only exchange the items in their original unused condition for a new item or a giftcard - the items are non-refundable.
The warranty period runs for 24 months following the date of purchase. The conditions for any warranty are instructed by the Danish Sales of Goods act.
Trine Tuxen Jewelry cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the DKK into any other currency.
PURCHASE OF GOODS
In connection with the purchase of goods from Trine Tuxen Jewelry you must fill in your personal information such as name, address and payment information.
Please note the importance of the correct information, since our shipping company will need this to get in contact. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail.

Trine Tuxen Jewelry have the ambition that the website is always up and running, however we cannot guarantee this. Trine Tuxen Jewelry can not guarantee that all jewelry are available, at the time you place your order. If the jewelry is no longer available, you’ll be contacted by email shortly after your order.
We cannot guarantee that colours on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.
Trine Tuxen Jewelry cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are over 18 years and are an authorized user of the credit card or debit card used for the transaction, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Trine Tuxen Jewelry use Shopify Pay to process any payments. The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit cards (Visa/Dankort, Visa/Electron, Maestro and Mastercard)
The amount for the transaction will be deducted from your account, when the purchased item(s) leaves our stock.
DUTY AND VAT
Are you ordering from an EU country you will have to pay Danish VAT but no duty under the rules of free movement of goods. Are you ordering on the website from a country outside the EU you will not have to pay the Danish VAT, the VAT will be deducted at checkout. You may have to pay additional tax and/or duties in the country of destination. Please note that all shipping agents charge a handling fee for the clearance.
We cannot offer a VAT refund on purchases made in the Flagship store at Gammel Kongevej 82, 1850 Frederiksberg, if you are a resident outside the EU.
Trine Tuxen Jewelry cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes and any handling fees which may be applied by customs in the country where the delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. The same applies for returned products. In case you return a product and VAT, customs or any other fee such as but not limited to handling fees will be applied the return, the amount will be deducted the amount credited. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. Please note that this may delay delivery because of the goods being held up in customs.
All content included in this website, such as text graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software is the exclusive property of Trine Tuxen Jewelry.
