ORDERING

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email which confirms the order and contains your order details.

Your order will be shipped to the nearest package shop as recommended by our shipping provider, or directly to your home if you selected door-to-door delivery. Please note that if you're not home on the delivery day, your package will be redirected to the nearest package shop. This home delivery service is only available within Denmark, and the costs differ between the two shipping options. Payment will be processed once your order has been shipped.

Orders placed on Danish public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.

WARRANTY

Our warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

Please note that the warranty does not cover chain breakage or fading/wear of the gold plating.

SHIPPING

Orders placed on Fridays before 3 pm CET will be shipped out the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the following Tuesday, as we are closed on Mondays. Please note that during December, our busiest time of the year, we cannot guarantee this service, but we will do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.

For orders within Denmark, items will be shipped either to your nearest package shop or to your home address. Orders within the EU will be shipped to your nearest package shop, while orders outside the EU will be delivered directly to your home address.

Orders are shipped in the order they are received.

Please be mindful of Danish public holidays.

You are responsible for any additional expenses (VAT, customs, handling fees, etc.) related to sending or receiving packages from Trine Tuxen Jewelry, unless otherwise stated on our website or at checkout.   

PICK UP IN STORE

We offer pick-up service at our Flagship Store, simply select "pick-up" as your delivery method during checkout. We will handle your order and you will receive a separate e-mail, when your order is ready for pick-up. 

If you're in the Copenhagen area, we encourage you to choose pick-up at our Flagship Store, located at Gl. Kongevej 82, 1850 Frederiksberg. Small actions like this make a big difference in supporting a more sustainable approach.

 

REFUND/EXCHANGE · WEBSHOP ONLY

You are entitled to an exchange and/or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in their original packaging and unused, except for trying on to check fit. If there is evidence of wear that reduces the product's value, the right to return is void.

For size exchanges, please return the item(s) along with the completed return form provided. Ensure the jewelry is placed in the sealed plastic bag located under the foam insert. This service is only available for customers in Denmark. For customers outside Denmark, follow the same return process, but note that you'll need to place a new order for the desired size.

If you wish to exchange for a different product, you must return the original item and place a new order for the product you want.

Beauty products, such as Monk Oil Skin Potions and Essential Faith Oil, must be returned in their original sealed condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds/exchanges if the seal is broken or the product shows signs of use.

Refunds will only be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. Customers are responsible for return and delivery expenses when shopping at www.trinetuxenjewelry.com.

Returns should be sent to: Trine Tuxen Jewelry, Gammel Kongevej 82, 1850 Frederiksberg, Denmark.

Our original packaging can be reused for returns, but please ensure it is securely sealed.

Trine Tuxen Jewelry is not liable for lost packages during return shipping. We recommend using an insured shipping method with tracking, such as GLS within Denmark and DHL or UPS for international returns. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 business days after we receive the returned items. Please note that delivery costs will not be refunded.

You are responsible for any additional costs (VAT, customs, handling fees, etc.) associated with returning the package. These fees may either be deducted from your refund or invoiced to you if we receive the customs charges later.

REFUND/EXCHANGE · TRINE TUXEN STORES ONLY

Items purchased at the Trine Tuxen Jewelry Flagship Store at Gammel Kongevej 82 and the Trine Tuxen Jewelry and Lifestyle Store at Elmegade 5 are non-refundable. However, you can exchange your items within 7 days of purchase. The items must be unused, except for trying on for fit. If there is any sign of use that reduces the product’s value, the right to exchange is forfeited.

To process an exchange, please present a valid receipt.

Christmas gifts purchased at our Flagship Store and Elmegade Store are eligible for our extended holiday exchange period, until January 14th, 2025. Items must be in their original unused condition for an exchange or to receive a gift card. Please note that these items are non-refundable. 

STOCK SALE

Jewelry purchased at our physical stock sale is final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. The right to complain is waived for these items. Please be aware that jewelry bought at both our physical and online stock sales may have been displayed and could show signs of scratches or wear.

For jewelry bought at our online stock sale, you have full return and refund rights. You may return or exchange your online stock sale order within 14 days of purchase.

CURRENCY

Trine Tuxen Jewelry cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the DKK into any other currency.

PURCHASE OF GOODS

When purchasing from Trine Tuxen Jewelry, you will need to provide personal information including your name, address, and payment details.

Accurate information is crucial, as our shipping company will use these details to contact you. After your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

At Trine Tuxen Jewelry, we strive to keep our website fully operational at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Additionally, we cannot assure that all jewelry will be available at the time of your order. If an item is no longer in stock, we will notify you via email shortly after your purchase.

Please note that the colors displayed on our website may not be entirely accurate, as this can be influenced by your computer’s color settings and monitor calibration.

Trine Tuxen Jewelry is not responsible for any discrepancies in color representation.

PAYMENT

By placing an order, you confirm that all the information you provide is accurate and true. You must be over 18 years old and an authorized user of the credit or debit card used for the transaction, and ensure that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Trine Tuxen Jewelry uses Shopify Pay to process payments. We accept the following payment methods:

- Credit cards (Visa/Dankort, Visa/Electron, Maestro, and Mastercard)

- PayPal

- MobilePay

The amount for the transaction will be deducted from your account when the purchased item(s) are shipped stock.

DUTY AND VAT

If you are ordering from an EU country, Danish VAT will apply, but there will be no additional duty due to the free movement of goods. For orders placed from outside the EU, Danish VAT will be deducted at checkout. However, you may be subject to additional taxes and/or duties in the destination country. Please note that shipping agents often charge a handling fee for customs clearance.

We are unable to offer VAT refunds for purchases made at our Flagship Store at Gammel Kongevej 82, 1850 Frederiksberg, if you are a resident outside the EU.

Trine Tuxen Jewelry is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or handling fees that may be applied by customs in the destination country. Any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees are the responsibility of the customer. This also applies to returned products. If a return incurs VAT, customs, or handling fees, these costs will be deducted from your refund. For more information on taxes and duties, please contact your local customs office. Be aware that such fees may delay delivery if the goods are held up in customs.
