Last shipping date to ensure delivery before Christmas/December 24th:
Denmark: December 19th, before 1 pm.
Europe: December 16th, before 1 pm.
Outside Europe: December 15th, before 1 pm.

ONLINE RETURN POLICE:
Christmas presents can be exchanged or refunded until January 15th.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICE:
Christmas presents can be exchanged to another item or a gift card until January 15th.
