CHRISTMAS EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY 2023

 

Last order days for Christmas delivery 

Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland - 19th of December before 3pm CET

Within EU - 15th of December before 3pm CET

Outside of EU - 12th of December before 3pm CET

 

Christmas present for December, 24th 2023 are eligible for our extended Christmas Return. This means that Christmas gifts can be exchanged and returned until January 16th, 2024. Items must be in their original unused condition with original packaging. 

Christmas present bought in our physical stores - Flagship Store or Elmegade store are also eligible for our extended Christmas Return until January 16th, 2024. But you can only exchange the items in their original unused condition for a new item or a giftcard - the items are non-refundable. 

As a kind reminder, we will much appreciate that jewelry bought as presents, should be carefully obtained in the received plastic bags, and please be careful when trying on your jewelry, in case you wish to return or exchange a product.
