CHRISTMAS EXCHANGE POLICY 2022

Christmas present for December, 24th 2022 are eligible for our extended Christmas Exchange. This means that eligible gifts can be exchanged until January 17th, 2023. Items must be in their original unused condition with original packaging. 

Christmas present bought in our Flagship Store are also eligible for our extended Christmas - until January 17th, 2023. But you can only exchange the items in their original unused condition for a new item or a giftcard - the items are non-refundable. 

Please have in mind that we can't guarantee the delivery, due to the busy Holiday season, but we and our shipping agents will do their very best.

As a kind reminder, we will much appreciate that jewelry bought as presents, should be carefully obtained in the received plastic bags, and please be careful when trying on your jewelry, in case you wish to return or exchange a product 😜
